This is the story Of the place to be at Where water is lava And eagles are rats The jungle is here There’s plenty of room There’s plenty of evil Just bring your balloons Come on, my friends Come, join the game All the cages you see Get inside and play Black, brown or yellow All the colors you like All beasts are waiting Just run for your life Put on your suit Try to be smart Beware of the sharks They walk on the ground Hide in the forest With all the snakes The bears and wolves The black widows nests Jump in the water It’s just as safe Gators are friendly Like everyone else Come on, my friends Enjoy the game All the cages you see Get inside and play Gates never close Shows start at noon! Welcome my friends To the world’s scariest zoo

Petty Life 08:36
Part i. Hypocrisy I spare the love With no actual respect While hiding myself Behind my true hate I really am An angel for my pals The devil for the rest Lame charade at last Trust me, I say You can’t go wrong The truth has been revealed By John God, the lord I hold the guns Not so the power I’m just too coward To start the fire Part ii. Self pity So here I am Blaming the light For the darkness in me For the shadows around And here I am Telling what’s wrong Trashing the different In the name of God So here I am Bashing out the rest For my petty life Pretending someone cares So here I am Blaming you all For the coldness in me For the people I killed And here I stay Sitting on my couch Looking at myself Through a mirror with no glass And here I lay I’m getting old Waiting… Part iii. The waiting (Instrumental) Part iv. The End (Instrumental)

about

This album describes current socio-political dramas as I see them.
El Conquistador is the only song in spanish in this album and it talks about current and past autocrats, populists and dictators. To me the only difference between each other is the context in which these people arise.

Welcome to the zoo is my interpretation of governments reaction to things like endemic corruption, mass shooting, rioting, etc.

Petty Life is the reflection of the type of people that are needed for the other two topics to occur.

I recorded, arranged and mixed the whole album in my home studio. I acknowledge the mix would sound better if done by a professional, but I think the overall sound is fairly decent.
